hello so let me put my stats before starting: 152.5, 6'3'', 26 male. 165 deadlift, 165 squat, 150 bench, 100 ohp. greyskull lp 3 days a week, 25 hours weekly standing with little walk during job, 1 hour walk when not working and have free time and eating 2800 calories daily
so about two months ago my lifting stats where around: 185 bench, 190 deads, 190 squats (form issues with the latter). i was feeling sick, depressed, stressed and bad sleep and starting to drop weight and strength was declining. i did several weights deload due to this and i decided to just take a full break (one week off) i came back and my lifting stats were so low ( 140 bench, 135 squat, 135 deads and 90 ish ohp). my weight went from 160-152.5 (weighted myself today) in just this timeframe i had two bad sleeps in a row yesterday and the day before and today i hardly manage to get 6 reps for 100 ohp (which i was doing 6 with ease the other workout), and 165 deadlift was a grind. i almost didnt make the last rep and had to drop my sets for it. i feel depress right now and dont know what to do.
what i coulda done with ease two months ago (145 bench for 12 reps) i cannot do the same now (145 with 7 reps) every workout is becoming a grind and i expect a deload soon from deadlift. should i deload everything by 10% (instead of what greyskull calls for 1 lift by 10%) fix my sleep, eating or something?
i mean how do i keep losing weight eating 2800 when i was gaining weight when i was 160 eating the same calories and doing cardio which i dont do it anymore because of work. (i was doing 2 days worth of cardio burning total of 1000 during the two days and i do not believe i burn 1000 calories total by standing 25 hours during work with little walks)
sorry for my english.
