More oats or sweet potato??

Hi,

I am trying to bulk up and I want to increase my calories but I am not sure if I should add another scoop or two of oat powder (I take 4 scoops at the moment) or if my body will react negatively to more oats thus I need something a little different like sweet potato power? Would I benefit by using both or will the advantages be negligible thus I should stick to oat powder as it is much cheaper?
