Meal prep

So guys can u tell me if this bulking meal plan is gon helps me or not.....BCz the food I see in bulking videos i cant afford them so.... I eat bout 3000 calories a day and 130g of protein and 100g fats and 320 carbs


Meal 1. 3 eggs and 2 tbsp of olive oil 400cal

Meal 2. 4 tbsp of peanut butter 400cal

Pre workout 2 bananas 210

Post workout fast gain protein shake 750 cal

Meal 5 rice with chicken 500cal

Meal 6 anything 300cal

Meal 7 fast gain protein shake 750

Is It Ok?
