So at my Walmart the cheapest chicken breast is from a company named "Maple Leaf" and I want to find their nutritional value on their chicken (protein per serving) but I cant. I dont think its anywhere on the internet. So my question is do I go for the chicken that costs more and I know the protein per serving or do I just eat the Maple Leaf chicken breasts. Thanks
