Is my meal plan ok?

172cm, 65kg, 18-20%bodyfat, skinny fat guy. BMR at rest 1650cal, BMR at motion 2020cal.

Going for lean muscle gain, hopefully to gain muscle/strength and burn some belly.

objetive: 2116 cals, 148g protein, 246g carbs, 60g fats

example of a day:

breakfast:

-2 whole eggs
-2 egg whites
-1 slice of whole-wheat bread
-30grams of 0%cheese
- coffee+skimmed milk

pre-workout:

- 1 energetic bar
- 1 greek yogurt 0%
- 1 banana

lunch:

- 150g of beef stew
- 1 apple
- 120g of white bread

afternoon snack:

- 2 slices of whole-wheat bread
- 1 tuna can
- 250ml of skimmed milk

dinner:

- 150g of chicken breast
- 100g of white rice

this is 157g prot, 256g carb, 54g fats, 2118 calories.
