Potassium daily intake and the case of protein snacks & insulin resistance

And it looks informative, but I wanted to discuss 2 things in it with you guys

1- about potassium, I honestly didn't know until now that we need 4.7g daily and I'm curious to know how are you guys meeting this up every day (your daily diet that includes 4.7g of potassium)

2- (min 5:13) he said that we shouldn't take protein snacks between meals as it causes insulin resistance, but he didn't explain which type of protein. I mean if it's a simple protein powder supplement with no exceed sugar is it included in this?
