Is my diet causing Facial acne woman?

Hi,
Not long after I’ve started my diet I’ve started getting hormonal acne in my face. I’m 32, and never had acne.

I don’t eat any dairy, neither gluten.

I do eat eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, avocado, veggies, dark chocolate, sweet potato, rice cake, wild berries, lemon, coconut flakes and oil, + vitamins supplements and good quality vegan protein powder every day.

I’ve tried removing nuts, and it didn’t changed anything. I saw in some cases that egg, chicken and fish could be the cause. But then it doesn’t leave me with a lot of things to eat.

Have any of you gone through this?
