Help my nutrition!

I am 19 years old, 1.82m in height (around 6ft) and have been at a plateau weight between 71-72kg, i cant seem to get enough food in, i burn 1952 calories just sitting the whole day, given my active nature lets say i burn 2500-3000 calories a day, according to my last fat test which im around 90% sure is false as i was shocked by having only 5% fat, i need to gain weight and muscle given ive been at 71kg for around 3 months now, please help!
