Good snacks for bulking?

Hey guys

I'm making a diet plan and I've met the targets for protein and fat with 500 calories to spare, so I'm looking for snacks to fill up the remaining cals. It would be good if they weren't toooo unhealthy, maybe had a bit of protein in, and didnt require much prep. I've been thinking about including some ice cream as i hear loads of bodybuilders say it's great for bulking and isnt as unhealthy as people think (plus obviously it tastes great). Any other good ideas on snacks for this kinda thing?
