Calculating tdee issues.

I have been cutting for 3 weeks and my stats are :
Height : 5'10
weight : 176 lb
age : 18

Ok so once I concluded my bmr is around 1820 average from all different calculators .. Now I multiplied it by 1.55 .
My activity during the day and the week goes like this - during the day Im studying at mornings and I do some walking during the day going upstairs \ downstairs \ some garden work and such ..
and I lift weight 5 times a week .. intense 50min - 1 hour workouts each ..
so does the multiply number seems right ? and 1.55 means moderate lifestyle and 3-5 times moderate training a week..
should I include cardio in my tdee or just eat back the cardio calories whenever I do it? cause I do 2-3 sessions of 20 min of hiit a week .. and sometimes even 1 session so im not consistent with the cardio..
another thing - Im counting my calories using myfitnesspal , should I disable the steps calories or eat them? or its already included in a moderate liftstyle?.. most of the days I do around 5K-7K steps ..
