Bulked since April. Should I continue this or do a cut?

I am a novice lifter who bulked since April and my progress so far:
Height: 5'5'
Weight: 130 lbs- 144 lbs
Squat: 65 lbs - 170 lbs
Bench: 30 lbs - 90 lbs (Could not get the bar off on day one, used light DBs)
OHP: 30 lbs-60 lbs (Same deal with bench)
DL: 95 lbs- 170 lbs (stopped progress for a while cause my form sucked)

I shared this pic with other users on Reddit and there was a consensus that I should do a small cut since I am on the fluffier side. Should I continue to bulk or take their advice? My chest is more "solid" now and my arms (cannot tell from the pic though) and legs are more developed. I don't really find myself fluffy at all (though I do look somewhat skinny fat)- if I stop the surplus now my lifts will end up stalling again. I find myself hesitating to follow the responses from Reddit since there were untrained individuals with a similar physique to mine advising them to bulk.

Regarding my lifts, I have no history have athleticism and wound up outgrowing linear progression early, getting stuck in a loop of deloading again and again. Started doing higher volume workouts (nSuns 4 day program) quite recently and my bench has improved so I expect my other lifts to follow suit.
