Hello guys, I've been working out for a while and want to get my nutrition in good shape. Heres a small run down.
Height: 6'4
Weight: 77.7KG
Gym 5 times a week // Cycling to and from the gym and to work (6-mile cycle per day)
I was eating roughly 3,400 - 3,600 a day and this was just to maintain my weight and got really sloppy as it was hard to eat more, however, I'm wanting to really push myself now and get myself up to 88KG or so before cutting, For the past three days I have been eating 4,000 calories per day. I have fully weight each product and put it in accordingly. I have supplied my MyFitnessPal diary below. I am really hoping somebody could look at this and just evaluate my diet and tell me what I need to change / what I could improve . I eat quite well and getting in 4K a day can be a struggle but I enjoy it funnily enough.
