I currently weigh 66/67 Kg (~145lb), my length is 1.80m (which is 5.9 (?) and I'm 19.
As I still live at home with my parents, study and have quite a limited budget my diet is not that great, but I do believe in hitting most of my macros?
So what I eat everyday kinda varies but this is what it basically comes down to.
Around 8 slices of brown bread, all with peanut butter
about 500 gram of greek yoghurt
2-4 Eggs.
0/1/2 Avocado's (Some days 2, some days 1 and some days 0. Trying to get at least 1 in every day)
And for dinner, it really varies as I basically eat what everyone else in my family is eating, most common are, 1 of these meals every night:
Option 1. 2-3 Mexican wraps, filled with chicken and beans and of course cheese on top.
Option 2. Enchiladas which are basically wrapped but filled with ground beef.
Option 3, Brocolli, Chicken and potatoes
Have been hitting the gym 3-5 times a week.
Extra's: I believe I am getting too much salt so I drink a lot of water.
So would this work for some gains or am I doing something drastically wrong?
