Hi all just wondering if you eat 3000 calories of unprocessed foods with lots of veggies lean meat fish etc or if you eat a diet of protein shakes pizzas burgers etc but hit the same macros on both whether the more nutritious diet would give you better muscle gains. I know that one diet would certainly make you feel better but I'm talking solely from a muscle building standpoint
