So ive been working out for 6 months bulking, eating excess calories and eating carbs, proteins, and fats about in a 5:3:2 ratio respectively. To burn fat I apparently have to eat less calories and in a 4:4:2 ratio? Do I still need a lot of carbs when cutting? Im planning on lifting heavy, progressive overloading, and doing additional cardio while on this low calorie diet so I can force the body to burn fat. Can anyone give feedback or comments on this diet plan and workout?
