Recomp or Cutting?

I'm 22, 5'10, 177 lbs, 21% BF.

I've been lifting off and on for two years inconsistently, but I just started a hypertrophic focused routine lifting 5days/week on the PHAT routine(http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-f...ated-2011.html) I'm really motivated to transform my body.

Should I do a recomp or just regular cutting? I'd really like to get my diet straight with this great new routine I got going.
