Recently was evaluated on the “guess my bf%” thread at approx. 15%
Ive been cutting for like 5 months and currently I’m:
5’11.75”
158lbs
15% BF
My question is this: how much of a role does bf play in your decision to cut/bulk? I’ve read that ideally you want to get to 12% before you bulk bc it’s optimal for building muscle. I’ve also read that if, like me, you have some but not a lot of LBM, it’s difficult to get down to 12% bf, and you should bulk some before doin so.
Any input is appreciated
