Why I am not so crazy for Intermittent Fasting anymore?

So I used think that IF was part of MY answer. There are times my appetite is SO very low I just can’t eat and there are various reasons for that. On IF I get constipation(big factor), hunger pains, stress and eating late at night indigestion. Not saying IF is all bad. I love the caloric control, the idea that people can still progress without worrying about meal frequency and the therapeutic and mental benefits of fasting in the short term. It’s all about finding out what works for you and your goals.
