Pre & Intra Workout Sugars

Hi all,

Just watching a video on youtube and it is suggested that you have 100g of WMS/Maltodextrin etc before training and another 100g for intra.

Obviously when trying to control calories, that's a huge % of my daily intake gone in one go.

Any suggestion for pre/intra workout supps to get the most. I am a 48 year old female.

PS: I train about 2 hours after waking.
