Nutrition for 3rd shift

First time post here. Currently working third shift. Coming home at 7am, taking my preworkout and 15-20grams of protein, and workout starts at 7:30. I’ve been doing a full body workout and I’m seeing moderate results. I’m having trouble sleeping though. Is there anything I’m not aware of that could help me unwind afterwards? Any help is appreciated.
