I hope you all had a great Xmas!
I'm trying to get more fit and healthy. I'm 22, weight around 55kg. I'm quite underweight and have quite severe body image issues as a result of being skinny.
I'm of course motivated to join the gym, eat right and well, etc. But I have no clue where to start :/
My ideal goal is just to get to a healthy weight but of course, I'd love to get as fit and lean as I can,
My current calorie intake isn't as high as I thought it was. I don't have a good relationship with food so any help would be appreciative.
I'm not an active person but I have just got a gym membership.
