Calorie needs 17 year old

Hello, I am new to weight lifting, I used to weigh 250 pounds now I weigh 150 pounds, I think its time to bulk. I was wondering what a rough estimation would be for macro requirements and calories to bulk? Ive been on a pretty strict diet for the past couple months for maitence(2200 cal) strictly eating clean and lifting an hour and half a day, going to school, and working. I want to get strong, but i dont want to become a morbidly obese boi again. Thanks for the guidance, im in a pretty rough spot
