Hello community!
Lately I been thinking about my health and I am sick of eating fast food, drinking sodas and overdosing on sweets. Not only because its unhealthy but, it has started to just gross me out. Due to this I have decided that I need to start not just eating healthier but change my life style for good.
I have made a meal planner and I would like some input. I don't mind not having a ton of verities but is there any suggestions of what I should add or take out?
Please be mindful as I am no way in any form a professional and as such please don't be disrespectful or toxic.
Please note that I am also very busy and have hardly any time to eat 5 meals a day but I still want to trim and be lean while having my muscles pop out.
Please check out what I have made so far below. Thanks!
[ ] Breakfast:
Option 1) Eggs,onions,spinich, leaks, tomatoes
Option2) Oatmeal and banana/apples
Option3) Protein naturalvalley oats, greek vanilla yogurt, strawberrys/apples
*Note:
[Garlic and seaweed can be added to Option1]
[ ] Snack:
Option1) Cottage cheese
Option2) Apples and natural peanutbutter
Option3) 1 pack of almonds
[ ] Lunch:
Option1) Tuna avocado sandy
Option2) Baked Turkey sandy
Option3) Rice and white meat
Option4) Chicken salid
*Note:
[Multigrain dark bread for the sandys]
[ ] Snack 2:
Option1) Whey and milk
Option2) Whey and water
Opion3) Whey and almond milk
*Note:
[Milk should be 2% or fat free]
[ ] Dinner:
Option1) Chicken breast and asparagus
Option2) Beef loin steak and broc****
Option3) Beef round and sweet potatoes
Option4) 7% or less ground beef, sweet potato chunks, onions and peppers, tomatoes stirfry
Option5) Chicked breast, onion, peppers kabobs
*Note:
[Garlic can be added to all of these options besides the kabobs]
[ ] Snack 3:
Option1) Whey and milk
Option2) Whey and water
Opion3) whey and almond milk
*Note:
[Milk should be 2% or fat free]
