Hey guys, long time lurker. Finally made an account. I've always been a lifter but not much into the nutrition side of things. As long as I was strong that's all I cared about. But finally ending the permabulk/maintain and wanting to get down to 8-10% BF.
I realize counting my macros is the proper way to achieve this.
Currently I lift heavy-ish. 5x5s for the big three and then accessory work in the 3x8s or 4x6s. I'm switching it up a bit with the fitness and adding HIIT into my regimen.
So my question is, what's the proper ratio for me you'd guess? I've been told 40p//40c/20f is a good way to start, but then someone else said nah bruh go for 35p/25c/40f.
- Currently: 6'1'' - 210lbs. Not exactly sure on body fat percentage but estimated 17-20%. 29 years old (not sure why it says 48 for my age.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
