Hi guys,
I started a lean bulk a few weeks ago and consistently meet my Protein and Carbs targets each day, however quite often I only reach 50-70% of my Fats goal.
What are the consequences if I carry on missing out on my fats target? Will I still see gains?
Also what foods would you recommend to help me reach my fat goal? I try and eat peanuts every day. I also tend to eat a lot more chicken than red meat too - so maybe I should incorporate more red meat into my diet?
