I have a question about my protein intake. I have been trying to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body fat. For a while I always ended up eating way more protein than that, I didn't want to, but I felt like whatever I ate it was never hard for me to eat enough protein (usually way more). I am now eating the right amount of protein, but at the cost of reducing the amount of chicken in my meals and stuff like that. I am hitting my protein fine, but something feels off when after my workout I am only eating 1/2 a cup of chicken with my rice (especially when I see other people eating really high protein meals.) I am probably just over thinking it, but idk, what do you guys think?
