new to forums,so was wondering if anyone could help me out please.
Planning on starting the All Pro routine for begineers but trying to get my diet (calories in check)
Started supplements.
3 x twice daily. orange Triad
2 x twice daily. orange Oxi fish
1 x vit c 1000mg
will be using 5g allmax creatine daily and Dym iso 100 protein .
Currently my stats are
age 42 , height 6ft. 202 Lbs ( classed as overweight ) average build with middle age spread .
Body Mass Index: 26.7 kg/m2
Waist-to-Height ratio: 0.49
Percent Body Fat: 18.1%
Lean Body Mass: 165.5 lb
BMR: 1955 rest BMR: 2636 motion BMR: 2294 average
Daily Calorie Needs: 2933 calories.
So done some maths and working out the required daily Calories I need to lose weight on this routine
as follows.
2044 daily Calories required when cutting
Protein 250g 1000 cal
Fat 58g 522 cal
Carbs 130g 520 cal
Do these firgures look about right, what Im concerned about is the drop from 2933 to 2044.
Not sure i was ever eating 2933 Calories because my diet varies and also not monitored until now.
Im out to cut weight before I bulk.
Any Help would be great thank you.
