Im 6 foot 158lbs 8.6% body fat. (recent dexa scan)
My macros past couple of weeks avg as follows: 2050 calories 65 grams of fat, 211 grams of carbs, 196 grams of protein, at those numbers im in a 500-700 calorie deficit but based on weighing around 160 isnt that enough to build muscle? Reason I ask is I was in a long cut where i was very low carb/ intermittent fasting, now i feel at those macros and traking in carbs again i feel like im getting bigger/stronger while maybe even looking leaner.
