For the past 5-6months ive attempted a lean bulk with little success. Im up maybe 3 pounds after my cut but i dont think ive gained an ounce of muscle and i can definitely tell my abs are slightly less visible than when i finished my cut. Routine-wise i started with GST but didnt like the program so i went to HST but im just not getting anywhere. On my cut i lost a TON of size and strength. Im basically gotten down to the same weight and strength level i was when i started lifting years ago. Enclosed are some recent pics i was wondering should i just continue lean bulking and increase calories or should i try and lean up some more? CuZ This is ****ing with my head bad. I used to be a 210 lb super strong dude and now im a 173lb weakling who just cant get his size and strength back
