Once the basics are taken into consideration would a diet consisting of
Beans / lentils
Rice
Fish
Chicken
Tea
Water
Occasional green smoothie (3-4 a week)
be considered a whole food diet ? Even though weight loss boils down to calories in vs calories out would these foods be best to consume for the satiety so calories can be better managed w/ less food prep ?
I’m just wanting to change up my diet for the winter
