Optimal amount of vegetables cosidering thier carb loads

Hi guys, I'm on a strict diet for almost a year, with a 5 week brake where most of my improvements went away unfortunately, but I'm getting my **** together and going full speed again. The question that bothers me is if I'm eating too much vegetables considering thier amount of simple carbs. I'm aware that you almost can't overdose nutrition from natural sources but why eat too much and flush out the micronutrients while absorbing calories from the simple carbs present when I could optimise everything.

Weekly I eat this (in grams):
VEGETABLES: BEETS RAW/FROZEN 450
VEGETABLES: BROC**** HORTEX 450
VEGETABLES: CAULIFLOWER HORTEX 450
VEGETABLES: CELERY 400
VEGETABLES: KALE 200
VEGETABLES: MUSHROOMS WHITE 150
VEGETABLES: OLIVES 150
VEGETABLES: ONIONS RED 275
VEGETABLES: PEPPER RED 255
VEGETABLES: PEPPERS JALAPENO 45
VEGETABLES: RADISHES 600
VEGETABLES: SAUERKRAUT 400
VEGETABLES: SPINACH 450
VEGETABLES: SWEET POTATO 450
VEGETABLES: TOMATOES (I eat a tomatoe sauce from some of them) 1530

It equals to 6255 grams a week and 900 grams a day.
What do you guys think?
