Need feedback on my diet plan to gain muscles please!

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum. I'm excited to share my diet plan and get constructive feedback from all of you:)

Age: 24
Gender: Male
Height: 5'5
Weight: 130
Goal: gain weight/muscles (140-150lbs)

Breakfast:
2 slices of breads with peanut butter and jelly (sugar free)

Lunch:
1 chicken breast, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 eggs, some broc****es, and a lot of thousand island dressing

Dinner:
1 chicken breast, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 eggs, some broc****es, and a lot of thousand island dressing

Snacks:
2 protein bars or 2 slices of breads with peanut butter and jelly (sugar free)

Drink:
- At least 32oz of water a day
- 2 scoops of GNC gold whey protein shakes every after workout

I exercise at least 3 times a week (1.5-2 hours). What do you think? Is this a good diet plan? Do I need to change anything?
