Macros for Body Recomposition

Hello guys. (Not sure if posting in the right Forum)

First of all let me introduce my self.

My name is Bruno, and i'm from Portugal, all my life i was an obese boy, reaching the 100kgs, at the age of 19. I started training by that time, like 2 years ago, and now i'm 21, 1.75m, with a weight of 74 kgs, around 12-15% bf. when i started training, i made the mistake of not lifting hard, and just do intense cardio, and eating too little. I reached a body weight of 68kgs in about 6 months.

All this time i was eating in a way to lose weight, but now i want to start a new training program and meal plan, where i can get stronger, and lean out because i think i reached that Skinny Fat condition (i will post pics of my current condition at the end of the thread). I eard about "Body recomp" where you eat around your maintenance on your training days, and do a slightly deficit on your rest days. Can I have your thoughts on this ?

I've Learned that my body have a lot of ease to gain fact, probably because of my extreme restrictions over the past times.
Would like that somebody could help me with my macros, for make this happen.

I've very strong legs, compared to my upper body, and i've some strength on my back too, but i lack a lot of strength on my core, arms, chest and shoulders.
My goal is to become athletic, in terms of performance and visuals.

That being said, i would like some advices on what to do now, and if the body recomp is a viable thing to get stronger and not gaining fat.

(the pictures are from this week, but i'm flexing, if not flexed you can see fat on the bottom belly, and in the love handles. when i sit, the belly comes out a lot too, i guess this is by the lack of strength in my core).
