So I want to know if this protein shake I'm making is good or its just weird and will make my body go crazy cause of all the ingredients. So here's my daily protein shake ingredients:
2 bananas
1/2 glass milk
1 scoop ON Whey
6-7 almonds(overnight soaked)
4 cashew nuts
2 dates
1 tbsp honey
4 pistachios
I tbsp peanut butter
1 walnut
6-7 black raisins
I think thats it 🤔. Too much? Any of the combination "incompatible".. Or not good for body(except for milk and bananas combo).
