Im at a plateau? Help

I'll try to keep this short, but any more info needed let me know.

Stats

Height - 5 11'
Weight - 165 lbs
B/F - 15 %

Meals

Milk
oats 100g
peanut butter 20g

chickpeas 100g

[Meal 2]
Red Rice 100g
Broc**** 1oz
Carrots 3oz
Chicken breast 85g
Eggs 1

[Meal 3]
Creatine 5g
Whey gold 1.5 scoops
almonds 30g

[Meal 4]
Pasta 100g
cheese 20g
mullet 100g fish

[Meal 5]
oats 150g
milk
peanut butter 20g
yogurt 60g

Been eating like this for sometime and i have gained about 3kg. Ofcourse i been increasing the quantities, this is the current amount of what i eat which is 3100 calories. For the past 1 month i havent gained any weight but i have gained abit of strength. I did increase the quantity by 250 calories and didnt change. I'm currently studying and i do no other activities.

Been doing this for about 4 months. I know it needs to be changed but need some recommended help. What should i do? What nutrition i need to edit or add? Im not rich since im still studying and nuts are quite expensive here. (i dont eat other than fish and chicken )
