Confused on how many calories I need

Hey I’m new to the forums so hi I guess. Anyway I’m 15 years old 144 lbs and I’m trying to put on lean mass with a clean bulk. I Row crew 5 times a week, run 1 time a week, have 4 Lift sessions on my own, and small crew circuit lifts 3 times a week. (I know that’s a lot) Anyway my coach tells me I need at least 3,000 calories a day to maintain and 3500-4,000 to get bigger but that just seems way to much to me since the calculator on bodybuilding put me at 3400 calories at the most active setting. Any help on this would be great!
