So i just now ate 100carbs, 16proteins, 28fats and 1000mg of Sodium... one meal.
I got a pump! Not a gym pump; not that intense but a semi pump from my food. Anyone else have this happen? Should i do this before every workout? It only lasted 30mins btw. Any thoughts?
