6"5 205lbs about 13% bf. Eating 2700 cals on a cut, protein 270g, carbs 270g, fat 60g a day. My go to meal pre/post training is 140g of kangaroo meatballs with 150g of brown rice and always 300-400gs of frozen vegetables, is there such thing as to many vegetables to bulk up the content of my meals? Couldnt find much online about people consuming too many vegetables.
