I was shredded to bone 6 months back but then I fractured my ankle on a leg day (twisted in gym because I was tired).
After 6 months of break, I've started working out and I've gained significant amount of fat on chest and belly ONLY. The rest is as it is almost. You won't notice a big difference.
I've thought of going in caloric deficit now along with high protein i.e. most of it coming from Whey.
My schedule is tough so that's what is most convenient for me and what my goals are(ripped, shredded Physique).
What do you people suggest? With this plan will I lose all thr fat while keeping the muscles I have?
