I've made a meal plan, just finishing off the minor details, but one thing I've found is, food labels seem to vary.
I can pick up two packs of Brown basmati rice from two different stores and the nutrition per 100g can be way off.
Same with chicken and Salmon. I assume their are variables from shop to shop, but sometimes the difference seem to much to ignore.
So do you use the labels or do you use a certain website.
