Just want to start off and say Im relatively new to this. For the most part ive been eating relatively healthy changed up my diet about 3 months ago and lost 30 pounds soo thats good right? Anyway ive been eating at a calorie deficit.
An example of my diet would be:
Morning: 3 hard boiled eggs with 3 slices of ham
Snack: another 3 slices of ham
I then workout and drink a post workout protein shake
Dinner: Chicken and spinach
Im eating about 1500 calories give or take.
What would I need to improve now to just focus on building muscle?
Edit: I also workout 5 times a week with 30 min of cardio at the end of my workouts.
