Freezing Raw Organ Meats and Bacteria

I used to eat liver back in the day. Not so much cause I liked it but cause it gave me a TREMENDOUS amount of energy. I am looking into it but does freezing the meat actually kill any chance of pathogenic bacteria? I know bacteria need nutrients to survive. Think yeast for example it needs a warm environment with nutrients to thrive. And yes I am aware there are other things like parasites and worms. Which if the meat is freah and from a good source it shouldn't have those things. I also bought some Desiccated liver tablets but they make me sleepy. I take 2 as prescribed. I wonder if I should up my dose with the desiccated liver tablets or try the raw liver again. What do you bros think?
