First of all sorry for my english. I'm trying to make macros but im struggling. I want to try to lean bulk and I need someone to helped make a macro list that I can follow.
Helpful information;
*I workout/train around 3-5 times a week
*137 Pounds
*around 69.5 inches
*17 years old (18 in one month)
*16%-17% bodyfat
I have been workoing out for almost 4 months but I didnt take nutrition seriously untill now.
again sorry for my bad english.
Any help is appriciated!
EDIT: or actually I dont really know if I want to bulk or cut. Recommend me with what you think and make a macro list based on that. I really don't want to get above 17% bodyfat as I was kinda fat before
