Carb choices on a refeed

Hey, what carbs should you have when on a refeed? Should i just keep to my normal carbs that i have when cutting but just more of them like oats and rice?

Because i see alot of people cutting down who refeed with simple carbs like crumpets, bagels etc etc
Even someone with coco pops lol

Is it beneficial to have the simpler carbs on a refeed?
I always thought i should refeed with carbs like oats which are a complex carb and it would be more beneficial. Or am i missing something? Are the crumpets going to be better just for a refeed?

Keeping in mind im trying to keep the refeed as clean as possible. No cheats at all.
