Im a 45 yr old woman been powerlifting for 5 years. Got quite a lot of muscle by this point. Strength gains have become slow af by this point. Feel like im close to my genetic potential and im not gonna gain much more muscle now especially at my age.
Was always on 100g protein weighing 160lb
Was thinking if im not actually building much muscle these days do i still need that much?
Im thinking 75g
Or am i completely wrong? I struggle to maintain my weight so i think it would be helpful to eat more carbs.
