What's up guys new to posting so sorry if I missed anything in stickies . Anyways im 166lbs , around 5'6 maybe 5'7 a bit lost on bf percentage I'd guess around 15% possible higher don't think any higher then 20% I started this cut around 7 months ago lost around 5lbs in two months realized I was over eating re adjusted lost around 20lbs in 4 and this months and this past month a lot less I've been eating no less then 205g of protein no higher then 160g carbs and no higher then 40g fat I always hit the protein and maybe one or two days out the week use up all my carbs and rarely hit my fat intake.
I work out 6 days out of the week all highrep high intensity workouts can post if needed only rest on Sunday don't really count macros but I don't pig out maybe treat myself to a burger and some candy .
