Hey just want to start this off by saying a few things about me
Am 15, 6'2, fast metabolism, still growing and relatively skinny. Have been eating more and higher protein foods with my work outs but I want to know if what I’m eating is enough, and should be eating more.
Breakfast
3 days a week I have 2 eggs for breakfast (only 3 times a week bc high cholesterol in eggs) and for times a week eat a bowl of milo cereal.
Lunch
5 times a week I have a fat chicken sandwhich, and 2 days a week I have peanut butter sandwhich and a tall glass of milk
Dinner
Varies a lot but will typically have steak, chicken, rice, egg, pretty much always has a fair amount of meat and carbs.
Pic below is from a week ago and is me (showing because I need judgement based on how skinny I am) over the past few weeks I have slowly increased the amount I eat.
