I've beeen kinda struggling with this for some time. I love water and that's mostly I drink all the time and I love the taste of water when I'm working out (well water has no taste but you get the idea lmao) but sometimes I feel sick drinking it when I'm working out, like, it's so bland and it doesn't have a positive effect on me and it doesn't really give me a boost . I feel the need to drink something that gives me more energy. So what is your suggestion? I implemented the use of vitamins and I'm feeling much better.
