Started the shortcut to shred program listed on Bodybuidling, this week. The nutrition for the first week is
1.5g of protein per body weight,
1.5g of carbs per body weight
.5g of fat per body weight
For me it would be 315g of p, 315g of Carbs, 105g of Fat per day. I’m not used to eating this much food in a day as my nutrition plan before was 200g of p, 180g carbs. The last three days I’m so full after each meal. I’m tracking everything, eating six times a day doing the workouts listed, but I’m so full, and still not hungry for the next meal. Today I’ve got one meal left and still at 58g of p, 159g carbs, and 30g fat left for the day. I want to know if anyone has any tips to eat throughout the day and not be so full. Also I’m curious to times when people eat. Thanks.
