I usually stop a cut at 12%. One month later I look to be around 14-15% already. But then I bulk for another 3-4 months and usually end around 18-19%.
I don't know if this is due to perception (able to see the abs vanishing at a lower bf) or the body actually making adjustments. So I thought I'd ask if others have noticed this.
